An upbeat yet sweaty class. We move to motivating music and get to know different dance styles. The class consists of simple fitness/dance steps as well as more challenging choreographies. A power workout for everyone - no previous experience is necessary. The main thing is to enjoy the movement. - Everyone can bring in and develop their own style. Both the participants and the trainers are free to set their own priorities ... whether playful, dance-like, aggressive, tender, with a lot of power and bounce. There will be something for everyone.

Prerequisites: Enjoyment of movement, dance, preference for Latin American music, no fear of step sequences.
