Achievements to be made:
400 m swimming in a maximum of 15 min, including 50 m crawl, 150 m breaststroke and 200 m swimming in the supine position with straddle stroke without arm activity.
300 m swimming with clothes on in not more than 12 min, followed by undressing in the water.
Jump from a height of 3 m
25 m distance dive
Three deep dives from the water surface, twice head first and once foot first within 3 minutes, with three retrievals of a 5 kg diving ring or similar object (water depth between 3 and 5 m).
50 m transport swim: Pushing or pulling in 1:30 minutes or less.
Skills to avoid clasping and to free from neck clasping from behind and neck strangle hold from behind
50 m drag in maximum 4 minutes, both partners in clothes, one half of the distance each with head or armpit drag and a tether drag (standard tether drag or seaman's grip)
Performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Combined exercise to be performed without pause in the order given:
Swim 20 m in prone position
Dive to a depth of 3-5 m, retrieve a 5-kg diving ring or similar object, then drop it.
Release from the grasp by means of a freeing grip.
25 m tow
Landing the rescued person
3 minutes demonstration of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
Theoretical test
Breathing and blood circulation
Dangers in and around water
Help in bathing, boating and ice accidents (self-rescue and rescue)
Avoidance of clasping
