In den Zeiten der Corona-Pandemie kann auch die Fitnessgymnastik nur als fester Kurs mit begrenzter Teilnehmerzahl und einem festen Personenkreis stattfinden. Dennoch wollen wir dieses Angebot für jene aufrecht erhalten, bei denen die Teilnahme zum Tagesablauf einfach dazu gehört. Leider muss sich unter den aktuellen Bedingungen aber auf einen genauen Tag festgelegt werden!
In times of the Corona pandemic, fitness gymnastics can also only take place as a fixed course with a limited number of participants and a fixed group of people. Nevertheless, we want to maintain this offer for those for whom participation is simply part of the daily routine. Unfortunately, under the current conditions, we have to commit to an exact day!
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday (in 2 hall thirds with a maximum of 36 people) there is a one-hour fitness gymnastics session. Well-trained and appropriately educated fitness coaches offer a varied programme. With groovy music, the entire body is exercised in the area of endurance and the most important muscle groups are strengthened in a sensible way. Stretching the muscles is also part of the programme.
To make the training fun for everyone, please note the following:
Participation is only possible and makes sense if you are healthy. Of course, there must be no corona quarantine or direct contact with an infected person.
Please come to the training with clean indoor shoes, jogging shoes, especially if they are dirty, are absolutely unsuitable here.
For the exercises on the floor, please bring your own mat and a towel. This will save your knees.
Choose your place so that you are at least one body length (1.50 - 2.00 metres) away from the next exerciser and can see the instructor well.
The duration of the exercise cannot be adapted to each individual's level of ability. You must decide for yourself when you have had enough!

Equipment: Mouth and nose covering for the paths in the sports hall, indoor sports shoes, gymnastics mat and towel.
