Yoga: Yoga and Meditation in English

In the classes, starting with Gentle Yoga Flow and movements,warming up. As well as we learn developing Meditative Skills while relaxing the mind, calming our body.
Learning to increase our awareness, improving our focus within, along- observing the fluctuations of the mind, becoming more centered in our Daily Life.
May combine according to need, Pranayama (Prana-Life Energy, Yama-control) Breathing .
