This Yoga Method is based on B.K.S Iyengar 's philosophy.
Learning to breath into Asanas while combining props: Yoga Straps, Yoga Blocks, Yoga Mats, Chairs.
The program is suitable to all levels from Beginners to Intermediate/Advanced Students.

Additional Meditation as an option - In this part we will focus on acquiring Meditative Tools, learn to connect with our breath to relax, to ground the energy down and to develop our consciousness which triggers - making better decisions in our life.
