The Yoga Course is suitable to all levels from Beginners to Intermediate/Advanced Students. In the course, we learn to breath into Asanas (Yoga Poses). Working the body, calming the mind while exercise strength, flexibility and balance. Extend beyond own limitations.Breaking Mind Sets. Focusing the development (along with adjustments) of Handstands, Headstands, Backbends through stages. We may combine (according to need) Pranayama Breathing (Prana- Life Energy, Yama-Control , extending this energy within ). Working our way up towards different layers of consciousness, via the levels of Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses),Vairagya (detachment), Dharana (concentration) and Dhyana (meditation). Additional Meditation -In this part we will focus on Meditative Tools,learn to connect with our breath,ground the energy down developing consciousness,which triggers making decisions in our life from a Balanced State.
