What can you expect in the weekly course? - Joint warm-up: Each session begins with a joint warm-up to prevent injuries and prepare the body for handstand training. - Treatment of essential topics: In each session, we focus on an essential topic for mastering the handstand. - Free training: After the introduction, you can put what you have learnt into practice. Exchange knowledge with other participants and use the time to practise and improve your handstand skills. - Personalised support: During the training, I will be on hand to give you individual tips and support. - Functional full-body training: At the end of each session, we do a workout to strengthen your muscles, improve your strength endurance and challenge your body holistically.
